Official Giveaway Rules

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Making a donation does not increase your chances of winning. A donation will not improve, and the absence of a donation will not reduce, your odds of winning. This giveaway is not conditioned on any contribution to The Better Capitalist Foundation.

The Better Capitalist Foundation, 1419 West 870 North, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062. A registered 501(c)(3) public charity under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), EIN 41-3411259.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Better Capitalist Foundation and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Each giveaway begins on the date the campaign is published on the foundation's donations platform. Entries received after the campaign on the donations platform has been ended will not be considered.

To enter without donating: visit bettercapital.ist and complete the entry form with your name and email address during the Giveaway Period. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Donating to the Foundation during the Giveaway Period constitutes one entry. However, donation is not required, and donors receive no additional entries or advantage over free entrants.

One winner will receive, at the Foundation's election, either:

• the prize identified in the campaign's donation platform; or

• an alternate prize with an equivalent value.

The winner selects the prize option. No cash equivalent or substitution will be made except at Foundation's sole discretion. The Foundation may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable.

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place within ten business days after the close of the giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within seven days of notification. Failure to respond within that period, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven days of receipt. If the winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian. The Foundation is not responsible for prize delivery failures resulting from winner providing incorrect contact or shipping information.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The Foundation will report prize value to applicable tax authorities as required by law. Winning this prize has no effect on the tax deductibility of any donation made separately to The Better Capitalist Foundation.

The Better Capitalist Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible under IRC Section 170 to the extent permitted by law. Because no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations (entry to this giveaway is free and independent of donation), donations made during the giveaway period are fully deductible. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding their specific circumstances.

The Foundation may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway. The Foundation is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Foundation, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes winner's consent to the Foundation's use of the winner's name and general location (city and state) for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used only to administer the giveaway and, if you separately consent, to receive communications from The Better Capitalist Foundation. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to administer the prize. See our privacy policy at bettercapital.ist for more information.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
